Completion of a 10 day spiritual bootcamp is required to hold the higher energies needed for more advanced abilities. 

BOOTCAMP

*NO caffeine,  chocolate, cake or sweets of any kind.

*NO smoking, alcohol or drugs of any kind. Necessary medications are ok.

*Drink ONLY water or fruit juice.

*3 healthy meals each day but reduce the serving by half to a quarters to what you would usually have.

*2, minimum 20 to 30 minute meditations each day. One before breakfast and the other between dinner and bed.

*Absolutely NO take away or fast food.

*Minimum of 1hr of spiritual practice using your abilities, (meditation not included)

*2, meaningful exercise workouts each day. One before breakfast, the other before or after dinner.

This 10 day bootcamp is to cleanse and activate the physical body, while opening up your heart and mind to source. To hold the higher frequencies you body needs to be activated and lighter. Taking good care of your physical self is paramount to access higher consciousness and advanced Spiritual abilities.
